If I am a garage how do I submit a claim?

All warranty claims must be presented to the supplying distributor who will submit the claim via the portal to Key Parts.

I have bought a Key Parts part via the internet can I make a claim?

A claim can be made but it must be presented to the internet seller who will submit the claim via the portal to Key Parts.

What is my Key Parts account number?

Your Key Parts account number is the same account code you use to order product.

What if my account number is not recognised?

If your account number is not recognized please email our support team.

We have lost our password?

Please use the link 'forgotten password' and follow the steps to reset your password.

When submitting a claim the form won't let me continue?

Please check all fields have been completed. Please note that image uploads must not exceed 1.5Mb per image. Files must be .jpg or .gif format. If the problem persists please email our support team.

What should I do with the parts once I have submitted a claim?

All parts must be retained until Key Parts has given a decision on the claim at which time we will advise you what course of action to take.

How do I change the email address on our account?

Please contact our support team to update the email address on the account.

What information do I need to make a claim?

The following information may be required:

Your name, invoice number, garage, vehicle registration, vehicle make and model, vehicle engine, mileage information, Key Parts part number, date of fitting and removal, costs incurred, mileage, and images to support your claim.

I did not receive my verification email?

Please check your junk mail folder. If it has not arrived please email: technical@keyparts-warranty.com.
